With the daily rigors of today’s society, we often forget about the most important piece — ourselves. I am as guilty of this as the next person. This is why I have made myself. It was not something I learned from a textbook, from a classroom, or some Buddhist monk. It is an ongoing conversation I have had with myself, constantly questioning what needs improvement and striving for a meaningful balance throughout my well-being. With that in mind, let’s engage in this conversation together and join me in this journey.
